Leamon has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He has visited many of the major U₃O₈ production facilities in the United States and Canada, and is familiar with processes and production costs. With extensive background in the evaluation of the terms, conditions and pricing arrangements in U₃O₈ contracts, he has assisted several U.S. utilities in long-term contracting activities, bid evaluations and in the development of uranium procurement strategies. He has participated in evaluations for a U.S. utility relating to justification to regulatory agencies of past procurement decisions.
